Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for aPolish Speaking Team Leader at Recycling Plantto join our successful client based in the inBroxburn, EH52 area.Our client who specializes in Waste Management and the environmentally conscious field of recycling

Pay rate:£12.75 per hour, weekly pay in arrears, every Friday

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, day shift 5am-13:30pm

Team Leader - Duties & Responsibilities

As a Team Leader you must be a “hands on” operator as well as a Leader, able to run all the equipment under your supervision.

• To ensure that robust safety inspections are completed and that issues are rectified quickly and made safe
• To ensure compliance with all quality specifications
• To support the Senior Managers to reduce the overall risk to employees
• Deliver Team Briefs and toolbox talks as requested.

Team Leader - Person Specification

• Strong written and verbal Polish & English
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
• To plan your resources effectively to achieve daily processing targets as set by Senior Management.
• Complete daily team briefs as instructed by the senior Management.
• Supervise daily breaks ensuring these are taken in line with contractual requirements.
