HR Operations - Must be Fluent in Written and Spoken Polish

The role is hybrid based in Speke, Liverpool - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic HR department, supporting a team dedicated to providing exceptional human resources services for Polish candidates, offering a global HR experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the HR information system, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including processing enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide front-line support to employees on HR-related inquiries with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training programs or initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish (spoken and written).
  • Experience in HR Operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
