Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will handle a ledger around £400,000, chase payments, reconcile accounts and respond to Polish-speaking customers by phone and email. A supportive finance team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish, both written and verbal.
• Previous administrative, customer service or office-based experience is acceptable.
• Full training provided for those transitioning into finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a ledger of approximately £400,000 and chase outstanding payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle customer queries by phone and email, including Polish-speaking customers.
• Work across varied ledgers and accounts of different values.
• Build and maintain relationships to support timely payment.
• Assist with other duties as outlined in the full job description.
