A UK-based infrastructure services company seeks a Poling Supervisor in Coventry. You will manage and lead teams for installing telegraph poles, conduct quality inspections, and ensure safety compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of the poling industry. This role offers a salary between £30,000 and £34,000 per annum.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours)
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 (p/a dependant on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Poling Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of Poling.
You will be working in and around central Midlands area. Our aim is to provide first class services to our Client Openreach in its provision of installing telegraph poles and associated cabling works. With long term contracts within the industry we seek to employ a supervisor to carry out essential works in a busy environment to meet our clients expectations. Your role will be varied as a supervisor, you will be part of team endeavouring to find solutions and maintaining a level of service required by our client. It will be essential that you are trustworthy and can communicate information to the appropriate recipients
