Qualifications

• Strong analysis experience within consultancy, services provider or public sector organisation.
• Good project management skills with the ability to plan and schedule own work and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with user-centred design teams in an agile environment.
• Experience managing and working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Policy analysis including options analysis and feasibility analysis.
• Curating and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
• Scoping/setting the direction of work.
• Maintaining and building close relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Working with policy stakeholders to generate visions and strategies for policy spaces.
• Advocating for user-centred policy design approaches with senior stakeholders.
