Our Shared Services team is expanding, and we're looking for a dedicated Policy and External Reporting Manager to join us. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving effective policy governance, accurate and timely external regulatory reporting, particularly for the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and Non-Prudential Regulatory Returns (NPRR). You'll report to our Director of Risk and Control, providing specialised expertise and driving the implementation of key policy and external reporting initiatives, ensuring our compliance obligations are met with precision.
The Shared Services Team sits with the Risk & Control Discipline at Monzo (RCD) and provide essential support to Monzo's first line of defence, empowering business teams and Risk Partners with the tools and guidance they need to effectively manage risk. This team is responsible for coordinating key processes like control testing, RCSA, facilitating risk committee reporting, and delivering accurate insights for risk, control, and issue management. The work that this team does ensures the Business can proactively manage risk and meet its regulatory obligations. This team is all about ensuring we always have a clear, accurate picture of our risks and how we're managing them, helping the entire bank make smarter strategic decisions and report confidently to our Board and regulators.
This role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London).
