Job summary

The Wales Centre for Public Policy is seeking a Research Assistant for maternity cover (up to 12 months) to study the use of evidence in policy‑making and how evidence mobilisation works in practice, alongside experienced researchers.

You will contribute to policy-relevant research informing work with public services and the Welsh Government, and you will disseminate findings to external audiences within a supportive, flexible environment at Cardiff University.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of public policy.
• Ability to disseminate findings to external audiences.
• Experience working with public service leaders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on the use of evidence in policy‑making and evidence mobilisation.
