Job summary

Cardiff University’s Wales Centre for Public Policy invites applications for maternity cover as a Research Assistant to conduct research on the use of evidence in policy‑making and evidence mobilisation.

You will work with experienced researchers to inform the Centre's approach to working with public services and the Welsh Government, and assess its impact. The role offers opportunities to publish and present findings to external audiences.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of public policy and ability to work directly with public service leaders.
• Commitment to high quality policy relevant research with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to disseminate findings of the research to external audiences.
