Ryze Power is seeking a Policy, Regulatory & Funding Manager to steer the UK and European policy landscape for low-carbon energy and transport. You’ll align strategy with climate policy, identify funding opportunities, and coordinate across teams to win grants.

The role demands translating dense policy into commercial recommendations and building a robust funding pipeline for ambitious growth. On-site in Oxfordshire with permanent, full-time hours.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in policy, regulatory, funding or strategy role in energy, transport, infrastructure or clean tech.
• Understanding of UK/EU climate, energy and transport policy frameworks.
• Experience managing public funding or grant applications for infrastructure or low-carbon projects.
• Strong financial modelling and business case skills (Excel).
• Analytical and written communicator who translates policy into practical recommendations.
• Commercially minded and connects policy changes to customers and growth.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across functions.

Aufgaben

• Monitor UK and European policy developments across hydrogen, biofuels, EV charging and transport decarbonisation.
• Prepare briefings and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of UK/European funding opportunities aligned to Ryze's projects.
• Coordinate across teams to shape and submit funding applications with financial modelling.
• Develop relationships with government departments, funding bodies and industry groups.
• Work with the wider business to factor policy developments into propositions and investments.
