These 12-month fixed-term posts have been created to support the enhancement of the University's partnership governance framework. A key focus will be the review, improvement and embedding of effective processes, controls and compliance arrangements to strengthen institutional assurance, improve operational efficiency and support the delivery of high-quality collaborative provision

Duties

• Alongside supporting the development of new collaborative provision, the role will identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve documentation standards, strengthen compliance assurance and enhance the consistency of partnership approval activity.
• Working with academic Schools, professional service teams and prospective partners, the role will ensure new partnerships are established through transparent, risk-based and quality-focused processes that support sustainable growth and institutional assurance.
• The successful candidate will possess significant expertise in higher education validation, approval, governance and partnership management.
• They will demonstrate strong organisational skills, be able to manage complex quality assurance processes, work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, identify and mitigate governance risks, and provide leadership in the coordination and enhancement of partnership-related activities.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement are essential.
