We are seeking an innovative Content Policy Operations Specialist to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team. The role involves protecting customers from copyright-infringing content and making sound judgments in account enforcement. Our programs aim to create a trusted customer experience by ensuring content quality and providing accurate information for informed viewing choices.

The Content Policy Operations Specialist will handle content-related risks, manage daily issues, and lead projects to improve efficiency. Responsibilities include content review, compliance decision-making, process improvement, documentation, data analysis, and participating in special projects. The role requires reviewing content to ensure it complies with guidelines, which may include viewing challenging or upsetting scenes. This position is based in our London office.

Key job responsibilities
  • Conduct manual reviews of global content policy compliance operations.
  • Make high-judgment decisions on compliance actions.
  • Drive projects to improve support functions, leveraging technology and automation.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in collaboration with Policy, Operations, and Program teams.
  • Document comprehensive content investigation reports.
  • Build dashboards/reports, analyze metrics, and surface insights to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments.
  • Develop expertise in industry best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in Trust and Safety operations, law, risk management, investigations, content compliance, or content ratings.
  • Proficiency in Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across functions and marketplaces.
  • Intermediate SQL skills.
  • Experience in threat intelligence research and analyzing trends and events.
  • Experience in technical or policy writing.
  • Experience in policy compliance.
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems and meet customer needs innovatively.
