We seek an innovative Content Policy Operations Specialist to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team. The role involves protecting customers from copyright-infringing content and making sound judgments in account enforcement. The team aims to create a trusted experience by ensuring content trustworthiness and providing accurate information for informed viewing decisions.
This position involves managing daily content review tasks and strategizing on long-term initiatives. Responsibilities include reviewing content for compliance, making high-judgment decisions, leading process improvement projects, developing SOPs, documenting investigations, analyzing metrics, and participating in ad-hoc projects. The role requires viewing potentially upsetting content, so applicants should consider this before applying. Note: This is a London office-based role.
