AXA UK is seeking Policy Fraud Investigators to enhance their Retail fraud strategy and reduce application fraud risks. This role involves utilizing advanced tools to detect fraud, managing customer interactions, and collaborating with teams to ensure investigations align with fraud management requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, particularly in retail motor underwriting, and will be adept at data analysis.
We’re recruiting for Policy Fraud Investigators in our Underwriting and Fraud team in AXA Retail. You’ll identify, manage and reduce AXA UK’s exposure to application fraud, help develop new application fraud controls, assist in delivering the Retail fraud strategy, improve fraud detection capability and performance and protect our genuine customers.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work majority of your week away from home at your local office. Away from home means either attendance in our Redhill office or visiting clients or attending industry events.
