Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support Green Group work at Council by briefing councillors for committees and meetings.
  • Track and analyse government and local policies and advise on impacts.
  • Identify emerging issues, research them, and shape Green responses in policy and communications.
  • Lead on communications: write press releases, newsletters, social media content, speeches.
  • Act as liaison between Green councillors and Council officers to reflect priorities in policy discussions.
  • Build relationships with community organisations, media, residents and campaigners.
