Overview

Sulis Hospital Bath are looking for a part time enthusiastic, and motivated Policy Co-Ordinator to join our Quality and Assurance team. The team is hard working, and the department is busy with frequently changing priorities.

Working with the Head of Nursing & Allied Health Professionals, and the Quality & Assurance Lead, you will co-ordinate and oversee the review, updating and ratifying of Sulis Hospital’s policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the people using Sulis Hospital’s services receive the highest level of care, based on the latest best-practice and National guidance.

If you have experience of policy and procedure writing and respond effectively to changing demands, adjusting priorities as needed and experience of working in a healthcare environment with strong communication skills we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the review, updating and ratification of Sulis Hospital’s policies and SOPs to ensure care is based on the latest best-practice and National guidance.
  • Work with the Head of Nursing & Allied Health Professionals, and the Quality & Assurance Lead.
  • Support ongoing policy development in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Part-Time 22.5 hours per week
  • Experience of policy and procedure writing
  • Experience of working in a healthcare environment with strong communication skills
  • DBS clearance (required for this role)

  • Salary: £30,403 - £37,799 pro rata
