A leading organization in the charitable sector is seeking a Policy and Public Affairs Manager to lead their policy development and public affairs work. The role involves strategizing for public influence, coordinating activities with stakeholders, and using research to enhance credibility. Ideal candidates have a strong background in policy and public affairs, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in navigating diverse political environments.
Location: Hybrid - Tower Hill, London and homeworking
Salary: £53,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

The Strategies, Policy and Research team at St Mungo’s plays a vital role in using the insight from our services to advocate for change. We are now looking for a Policy and Public Affairs Manager to lead our policy development and public affairs work, ensuring our voice is heard at local, regional and national levels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
In this role, you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for in-person collaboration, team building, and relationship development. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
