• Support student achievement through monitoring, coaching and pastoral support.
• Contribute to curriculum development and learning resources.
• Promote standards of behaviour, safeguarding and inclusion.
• Participate in recruitment activities and college events.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams for efficient programme delivery.
• Support learners during enrichment activities and college events.
• Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and engage in professional development.
• Contribute to the wider life of the college and departmental targets.
