Job summary

Merseyside Police is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to deliver an effective cleaning service across Police premises, maintaining hygiene and standards.

You will follow schedules, respond to requests, and contribute to a safe, professional workplace for staff and the public. Prior cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. Staff in the internal redeployment pool are considered first, and the role may be withdrawn without notice.

• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with supervisors, management, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
