Job summary

Birmingham Solihull Women's Aid is seeking an experienced professional to provide specialist IDVA expertise within West Midlands Police Call Centre and Domestic Abuse Desk. The role supports officers and staff with trauma-informed interventions for women and children affected by domestic violence and abuse.

Hours are 37 per week, with shift work from 9am to 7pm and possible weekend cover. The successful candidate will work in partnership with police colleagues to improve practice and response to
