Police Misconduct and Vetting Solicitor – Secondment Opportunity
Hybrid/Remote • Salary up to £53,482 plus a £2,000 South East Allowance if hybrid and generous benefits package • 2-year secondment, Full time (37.5 hours per week).
The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service dedicated to the nuclear industry. This opportunity is to join the CNC on a 2-year secondment from another Police Force, subject to your current employer’s agreement.
We are looking for a Police Misconduct & Vetting Solicitor to provide a comprehensive legal service in respect of misconduct and vetting proceedings. The successful candidate will undertake professional legal work in areas including employment law, police law, civil litigation other than public injury, public procurement, data protection compliance, and other related matters.
