This position contributes to the success of Brookfield Zoo Chicago ("BZC") by responding to calls from employees and guests for emergency and routine assistance, ensuring a positive, safe, and extraordinary guest experience under the direction of the Police Operations Lieutenant or, in their absence, the Sergeant on duty.
The work schedule is approximately 20 hours per week, with rotating days off, varied starting times, including weekends and holidays, and schedule adjustments due to special events or operational needs. Valid Emergency Medical Technician certification and a driver's license are required.
