Job summary

Avon and Somerset Police is recruiting Police Constables through the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA). You will respond to emergencies, support victims, and work with frontline teams during your three-year training, earning a fully funded degree and a competitive salary.

During the first 12 weeks you’ll train with our Learning Team and the University of the West of England, then join the Patrol team as an operational officer, combining hands-on policing with academic study.
