Job summary

North Wales Police invites applications for the Police Officer role across multiple entry routes. The position offers a starting salary of £31,164, increasing to £50,256 by year 7, and includes a comprehensive six‑month training programme in St Asaph.

Police Entry Routes

• If you would like to be paid to study for a degree and work you can join on the apprenticeship route, 3 year probation (PCDA)
• If you have a degree you can join on the degree entry programme, 2 year probation (DHEP)
• If you have a Professional Policing Degree you can join via this route, 2 year probation (PPD)
• If you have no degree and no desire to study for a degree you can join our new Police Constable Entry Programme, 2 year probation (PCEP)
