This isn't your standard sales role. As a Polestar Sales Specialist, you'll bring our story to life - transforming curiosity into commitment, and interest into inspiration.
You will:
Deliver immersive, one-of-a-kind customer experiences in our stunning Polestar Space
Share the Polestar mission and spark excitement through detailed product knowledge and storytelling
Guide customers through their journey - from first visit to test drive to handover
Build long-term relationships and exceed expectations at every touchpoint
Achieve sales targets and KPIs as part of a passionate, high-performing team
Embody the Polestar values in everything you do - with pride, precision, and purpose

You are:
Personable, professional, and passionate about delivering top-tier service
Experienced in automotive retail or eager to grow in a forward-thinking sales role
Detail-obsessed - remembering the small things that make big impressions
Motivated by targets and committed to excellence
Calm, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
A confident communicator with authentic charisma
A full UK driving licence holder (held for at least 12 months)
Basic Salary: 27,040
On-Target Earnings (OTE): 40,540 (including commissions and bonuses)
Working Hours: 5-day week
Holiday: 31 days (including Bank Holidays)
