Point72 Academy Investment Analyst Program for Upcoming Graduates (2026 – UK)

Location: London

Program Overview:

The Point72 Academy Investment Analyst Program for Upcoming Graduates is a paid ten-month training program designed to introduce you to the buy-side and prepare you for a potential career as an analyst at Point72.

We’re looking for current students graduating between December 2025 and July 2026 to join our 2026 classes. Upon successful completion, you’ll join a network of over 200 Point72 Academy graduates, with mentorship and professional development resources to support your career growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn fundamental research and analysis skills needed to be an analyst at Point72.
• Participate in eight months of formal training followed by two months of rotations with investment teams.
• Develop skills in company analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and coding.
• Apply your skills during rotations and potentially join an investing team as a full-time analyst upon graduation.

Post-Graduation Role:

• Opportunity to become an equity research analyst, developing financial models, conducting industry research, and engaging with industry contacts.
• Receive mentorship from Portfolio Managers and access professional development resources.
