Job Description:

Role Overview: The POI Factory Digital Technology Lead is a 12-18 month assignment focused on developing and implementing a strategy to ensure factory technology resilience, security, compliance, and efficiency. This role supports factories across Pet Nutrition and Royal Canin, contributing to significant revenue growth, and aims to establish a compliant and well-staffed digital technology support model by the end of 2026.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in manufacturing processes and systems management
  • Experience in the CPG/Services Industry with a global scope
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, supply chain, engineering, or a related field
  • Preferred experience in IT, Strategy, Project Management, or Systems Process Improvement
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess current factory technology status, including ownership, support, security, compliance, and network connectivity
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to map dependencies and overlaps in factory digital technologies
  • Define success criteria related to POI compliance and operating models
  • Develop recommendations and a roadmap for achieving a compliant and effective factory digital technology support model, including financial impacts
  • Initiate execution of the approved plan with stakeholder involvement
