Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Podiatry Team lead in Worcestershire. Are you a highly experienced, motivated Podiatrist, committed to leading and delivering excellent standards of patient care?
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to provide excellent leadership within one of the community podiatry teams covering Worcester City and Malvern promoting clinical excellence across the county. You will be a compassionate, accountable individual who treats all colleagues, patients and service users with respect and seeks to deliver excellence in their role.
You will be a key member of the service across Worcestershire. You should be an effective communicator with the drive and enthusiasm to work with your team members to expand their roles. You should be able to negotiate and collaborate effectively with senior clinicians and other team leads and facilitate the delivery of excellent care. You will also need to be able to manage information to inform service development and to demonstrate achievement of target.
As a team lead you will demonstrate leadership skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in partnership with the team, other professional and agencies. You will be able to work under pressure, manage workload and meet deadlines, have prioritisation skills and a positive attitude and solution focused approach to the delivery of this role.
This is a full-time post, but we would consider applicants looking for part-time.
