A healthcare organization in England is seeking a highly specialized practitioner to join their multidisciplinary foot team. This role involves providing high-quality clinical care, developing tailored care packages, and delivering training to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and experience in diabetic care and foot pathologies. Flexible working options are available, along with relocation support.
To work as a highly specialized practitioner in a motivated service, working independently or as part of the multidisciplinary foot team, in primary, secondary and community settings. You will ensure appropriate pathways are delivered and operated whilst providing high quality clinical care.

We also provide psychological therapy services to the London Borough of Richmond, and Forensic services to the North East London area. Services are delivered in urban and rural settings, mainly in the community close to where people live, with integrated care to optimise resources and outcomes.

To work as a highly specialized practitioner in a motivated service, you will need excellent interpersonal, negotiation and counselling skills to communicate complex and highly sensitive information to patients. You should be able to liaise effectively with team members, work within a multidisciplinary approach, and maintain positive relationships and open communication with staff to achieve the desired outcomes. You will also contribute to information resources for patients, carers, and health care professionals.
