Job summary

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) is seeking an HCPC-registered podiatrist to lead assessment, diagnosis, planning and wound management across hospital clinics, wards and community settings in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

The role requires a qualified podiatrist with experience of high-risk patients, ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to evidence-based practice and clinical governance.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered podiatrist with a podiatry degree or diploma.
• Local anaesthetics certificate and CPD in relevant areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate podiatric care for patients with high risk diabetes, neuropathy, chronic disease and vascular conditions.
• Deliver care across hospital clinics, ward rounds, community and GP practice settings, including home visits.
• Produce individual treatment plans and manage day-to-day running of a busy clinic.
