Job summary

NHS Tayside Podiatry Service in Perth is recruiting a Band 5 Podiatrist on a permanent contract to deliver a full podiatry service across the Perth and Kinross area. The role may involve travel within the service area and rotation of base.

New entrants will be supported through our development planning and training programmes. Hours of work are 36 per week; part-time hours may be considered.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a recognized podiatry degree and be registered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering full podiatry services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of podiatry services to service users in Perth & Kinross.
  • Support personal development and training programmes.
  • Work across NHS Tayside localities as required.
  • Travel within service area as needed.

NHS Tayside Podiatry Service is looking to recruit a Band 5 Podiatrist within the Perth & Kinross service area on a Permanent contract. Candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to offering a full range of podiatry services.

Newly qualified practitioners will be supported through our established system of personal development planning and training programmes.

NHS Tayside service covers three localities, Dundee, Angus and Perth & Kinross and as such the successful candidate could be asked to work within any of these areas. This may require independent travel within the service area and base would rotate accordingly.
