Location: Remote with in-studio days in Clerkenwell, London

Are you a recruiter at heart but creative in spirit? Burnt out from cold calls and KPIs, but obsessed with personal branding, storytelling, and social media?

Vertical Drop is looking for a Podcast Producer— someone skilled in managing people, building relationships, and delivering high-quality content, but now seeking to apply these skills in the podcasting world.

This role is for someone ready to pivot, with experience in recruitment or talent industries, who understands hustle, project management, and engagement, but craves a more creatively fulfilling, influence-driven role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing the end-to-end production of up to 10 different podcasts
• Booking and liaising with guests— ensuring they are briefed, excited, and punctual
• Acting as the bridge between clients, hosts, and the studio
• Managing calendars and coordinating production schedules
• Driving outreach and marketing campaigns across social and audio platforms
• Ensuring each show aligns with brand, message, and reaches the target audience

What We’re Looking For

• A background in recruitment but seeking a creative shift
• Passion for podcasts, personal branding, and influencer culture
• Strong project management and people skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments managing guests, calendars, and content
• Confident communicator—via email, phone, and in-studio
• Based in or near London, available for studio days in Clerkenwell
• Social media savvy—bonus points for content or podcast experience
