About Straumann

Join our Dental Service Organization Unit (DSO) as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Practice Management Solutions (PMS). Your role will focus on enhancing the service experience for clients by guiding them on utilizing the CareStack software effectively, focusing on financial outcomes and customer journey metrics. You will provide regular feedback and support to clients to ensure their success.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, life sciences, or equivalent
  • Deep DSO operational experience, preferably as a regional director in a large DSO
  • Proficiency with UK PMS systems like Dentally, Exact, and familiarity with the UK IT landscape in DSOs
  • Strong team management and independent support capabilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver presentations and create data-driven white papers
  • Experience working in cross-functional or matrix organizations
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Performance-driven with a proactive, customer-focused attitude
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and process development experience
  • Creative team player with accountability and stamina

Role Mandate

  • Manage client relationships, understanding their goals and needs
  • Monitor client satisfaction, address issues, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Lead onboarding and training for new clients
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and collaborate on upselling opportunities

Overall Tasks

  • Facilitate onboarding and client success meetings
  • Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with transactional teams to resolve issues and prevent escalations
  • Drive customer growth and retention initiatives
  • Provide training and share best practices
  • Identify risks and develop customer roadmaps
