Job summary

Blue Cross is seeking a PMS Business Analyst for a 12 month fixed term, part-time role based in Burford or London. You will lead discovery, map as-is processes, and define future requirements for a new Practice Management System to support veterinary hospitals and clinical services.

You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to evaluate options, support procurement, and ensure the new system aligns with Blue Cross values and service delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis across systems, processes or organisational change.
• Strong requirements elicitation skills including workshops, interviews and document analysis.
• Experience in process modelling and translating business needs into specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery phase of the PMS replacement project.
• Engage with veterinary, clinical, operational and support teams to gather requirements.
• Map current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop future-state process maps and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyse and prioritise business requirements for a future system.
• Evaluate market solutions and support tender documentation and procurement.
• Assist with supplier evaluation and solution assessments.
• Produce analyses and recommendations to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure organisational needs are understood.
