Job summary

Talentmark is recruiting a Business Analyst to join a leading pharmaceutical company on a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week on site in Wrexham, offering PAYE terms.

You will translate requirements into user stories, collaborate with the scrum team on sizing and risk analysis, participate in release and sprint planning, and work with software engineers, QA and dev-ops to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Entitlement to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
• Prior experience developing software for clinical trials such as EDC or eCOA is preferred.
• Prior experience with 21 CFR Part 11 regulated environment.
• Proven prior experience as a business analyst and delivering software products.
• Highly developed organization and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with the scrum master on story sizing and risk/impact analysis.
• Participate in release planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint review.
• Identify potential solutions for both technical and business needs.
• Work closely with software engineers, QA, dev-ops to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
