A utilities company is seeking a PMO Systems Integration Training Lead to create and manage an overall training program for their PMO during a new system rollout. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical training delivery, particularly in PMO environments. This role offers a hybrid work model and a salary range of £50,000 – £57,000 per annum, with potential flexibility.

Location: Falmer, Brighton (hybrid, 1–2 days per–week on–site)
Salary: 50,000 – 57,000 per annum – (possible flexibility, if you require a higher salary please still apply to discuss further)
Tec Partners are working with a well–known utilities company, who are looking for an experienced PMO Systems Integration training lead, to come in and create an overall training programme for their capital delivery PMO as they embark on a new system rollout. As a PMO Systems Integration Training Lead, you will make this newly created role your own, owning the overall training strategy, from scope, set–up, rollout and continuous delivery, across their core systems and processes (P6, SAP, PIM and others).
