Job summary

As a Digital PMO Support Officer, you will provide portfolio, programme, and project management administrative support to the Digital PMO Leadership Team. Reporting to the Digital Transformation Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering professional and efficient administrative support to enable the successful delivery of digital projects.

This role offers an engaging introduction to project procedures, tools, and techniques, and you will play a key role in maintaining project standards across the team.

This is a varied role within a friendly, supportive, and talented team, offering development opportunities and supporting the delivery of important NHS projects.

Main duties of the job
  • Provide administrative support for portfolio, programme, and project management activities.
  • Assist in maintaining project standards, documentation, and records.
  • Act as a point of contact for project management inquiries from across the organization.
  • Become a subject matter expert in project management tools and processes.
  • Support project meetings, including minute-taking, action tracking, and report generation.
  • Contribute to establishing and embedding consistent project delivery standards.
