Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Ampthill, Bedfordshire, seeks a Risk & Opportunity Manager to join the PMO team at our Advanced Manufacturing Facility. You will lead risk and opportunity management for nominated programmes and act as a SME across functions.

The role supports a 4xFlex pattern with a 4-day week (Mon-Thu) and hybrid working. Onsite Mon-Tue, Wed-Thu may be remote depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO role such as Project Planner, PMO Analyst, PMO Administrator, Risk Manager or related role.
• Experience developing and maintaining Programme risk registers.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to evaluate costs for programme delivery.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact and R/O SME for nominated programmes and functions.
• Facilitate identification of Programme & Functional R/O through risk workshops and analysis.
• Assess Qualitative & Quantitative R/Os to prioritise with PMs and leads.
• Record R/O in the ARM risk management database.
• Engage with Planners, PMO, Finance and Supply Chain to fund mitigations.
• Generate risk reports to drive proactive management and stakeholder confidence.
• Represent ROM in Functional Improvement activities.
• Provide ad-hoc end user training on ARM tool.
• Run risk management of small bids under supervision.
