Job summary

Selfridges is seeking a PMO Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic Masterplan projects and governance across multiple portfolios. You will provide day-to-day project management, governance, reporting and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities include managing project documentation, trackers, meetings and reports, while ensuring compliance with governance standards and timely delivery of milestones within budgets.

Qualifications

• PMO experience in project management, governance and administration.
• Knowledge of RIBA Plan of Work and construction project lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support governance across projects, contracts and property operations.
• Plan and deliver projects from brief through to completion using RIBA stages.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards and governance documents for senior leadership.
