Job summary

Selfridges is seeking a PMO Project Manager to deliver governance and oversight for Masterplan programmes and property contracts. You will support planning, governance, reporting and contract administration across multiple workstreams, coordinating with internal teams, consultants and suppliers.

The role requires strong organisation, communication and analytical skills, with experience in PMO, transformation, property or retail environments.

Qualifications

• PMO governance and administration experience.
• Exposure to property, construction or retail environments preferred.
• Knowledge of RIBA Plan of Work and construction project lifecycle beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day PMO governance, reporting and planning support.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and governance compliance.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes and actions across projects and stakeholders.
• Track budgets, milestones and dependencies; support decision making.
