Job summary

Codec Azure in Belfast is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects within the PMO. You will manage from conception to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with customer objectives and business value, with a strong technical background in MS Azure and Dynamics.

The role requires delivering projects under pressure in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with commercial, technical, operational and finance teams to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise business applications for large public/private organisations.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Dynamics.
• Strong technical understanding of the Microsoft technology stack.
• Experience delivering projects in government, higher education or financial services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Deliver projects to scope, schedule, budget, quality and success criteria.
• Maintain focus on project outcomes and business value.
• Address delivery risks, issues and obstacles proactively.
• Escalate delivery concerns in a timely manner.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, operational and finance teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and change control processes.
• Maintain project plans, schedules and forecasting information.
• Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies).
• Lead cross-functional project teams and promote a positive delivery culture.
