As PMO & Portfolio Manager, you will lead governance, planning, prioritisation and delivery assurance across a portfolio of strategic technology projects and programmes. Working within the Programme Delivery Office, you will provide oversight of project performance, resource allocation, financial management, risk and dependency management, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives. You will partner with Technology, Finance, Commercial, Procurement and operational teams, while providing leadership and challenge to Project Managers and delivery teams. The role is focused on driving consistent project delivery, strengthening governance and controls, maximising business value, and supporting the successful realisation of benefits across the technology portfolio
An experienced technology programme leader with a proven track record of delivering complex IT and business change initiatives across large-scale environments. Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary teams, senior stakeholders, suppliers, budgets, governance, risk, and benefits realisation. Strong commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to align programme delivery to business outcomes and EBITDA performance. Confident providing leadership, coaching, and challenge within matrix organisations while balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery. Programme management qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2 or Agile are preferred, as is experience with Operational Technology or Industrial Control Systems. A full UK driving licence is required.
