Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Technology team as PMO Manager. The successful candidate will work as part of the Change team which includes a group of Project Managers and Business Analysts. Acting as the key contact that holds the overarching view of the Change Portfolio of projects and assignments. Supporting the Head of Change and Technology Leadership to oversee the delivery of a pipeline of change/projects, ensuring the delivery aligns with the Change Governance and the Technology and Organisational strategies in a prioritised manner.

This is a full time / permanent position working 35 hours per week.

As an organisation, we work hybrid, with 3 days in our St Andrews office, 2 days from home on average per week.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Experience in Project and Portfolio Governance, including compliance Agile, Waterfall and hybrid
  • Knowledge and understanding of Portfolio governance, Project assurance, risk management and Change Management.
  • Experience in ensuring governance, reporting, and compliance support effective technology project delivery.
  • Prince2 or equivalent professional qualifications
