Job summary

Royal Canin, part of Mars, is leading a major transformation programme EOS in London. The role focuses on governance, planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery aligned with global standards while meeting regional business requirements.

The candidate will liaise between the EOS Team and local business, establish governance, monitor risks, drive adoption of new processes, and support workload management for associate wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, management or related field.
• Extensive project management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, standards, tools, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate end-to-end deployment activities across multiple functions.
• Stakeholder management and communication to regional and global teams.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support business readiness and change enablement.
