Job summary

83zero is seeking an experienced PMO Lead in Glasgow, on a hybrid arrangement with three days onsite. The role focuses on leading an integrated PMO for a large programme, embedding governance, reporting and project controls across multiple workstreams.

You will drive best practice, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement at senior levels. The ideal candidate has 15+ years delivering regulated infrastructure programmes, with NEC contract experience and a track record of leading PMO

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience delivering complex, high-value infrastructure or capital programmes.
• Experience leading integrated PMO or Project Controls functions in regulated environments.
• At least 5 years' experience leading PMO/Project Controls teams under NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated PMO function across a major programme.
• Drive governance, reporting, assurance and project controls best practice.
• Coordinate planning, cost, risk, schedule and change activities.
• Ensure robust programme controls and alignment across workstreams.
• Produce high-quality reporting and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support audits, assurance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop PMO and Project Controls professionals.
