Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a finance‑focused Programme Manager for a client delivering systems engineering, software development, training and complex program management to global security and aerospace markets in Havant.

You will manage the programme budget baseline, perform EV, FP&A, variance analysis, monitor spend and the EAC, support monthly risk management, audit trails, and contribute to forecasts for sales, EBIT and cash across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management, FP&A and variance analysis.
• Ability to monitor spend and forecast completion and provide solutions.
• Support monthly risk management and audit trails for data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage programme budget baseline using standard templates.
• Monitor spend, forecast EAC, review actuals and flag variances.
• Support monthly risk management and forecasting for sales, EBIT and cash.
• Prepare concise slide decks for Internal Programme Reviews.
