Job summary

DBD International in Warrington is seeking a PMO Deployment Coordinator to lead the coordination of pilot delivery sites under new governance, PMO processes and ways of working in live deployment. This role bridges design and delivery, ensuring standards and tools function in practice before wider rollout.

You'll work from a PMO, governance or process-improvement background, coordinating across multiple sites and resolving blockers to support a scalable operating model.

Qualifications

• Strong PMO / governance or process-improvement background with piloting or rollout experience.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Familiarity with P3M or PMO ways of working and adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple pilot deployments under new governance and reporting routines.
• Bridge design and delivery teams to ensure PMO standards are usable on the ground.
• Capture lessons learned and feed them into process development and tool design.
• Track adoption levels across pilot themes and coordinate site leadership and delivery teams.
• Ensure pilots use standard deliverables, tools and templates and feed data into a single reporting system.
