Job summary

SiXworks is seeking a PMO Coordinator to provide governance, data integrity, and coordination across delivery teams in a fast-paced defence-tech environment. You will help ensure accurate reporting, robust RAID management, and smooth delivery lifecycle execution.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and technical leads, manage onboarding and resource coordination, and maintain high standards of governance and documentation while supporting events and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years PMO Coordinator or Analyst experience preferred.
• Attention to data entry, documentation, and reporting; identify inconsistencies.
• Collaborative team player with proactive support.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or MS Project is advantageous.
• Adaptable to changing requirements in fast-paced environments.
• People-centric PMO mindset focused on enabling delivery.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with multiple administrative threads.

Responsibilities

• Governance: produce weekly and monthly status reports with high data accuracy.
• Resource coordination: support recruitment, onboarding, and time-sheet submissions.
• Stakeholder liaison: coordinate across workstreams to support PMs and tech leads.
• RAID management: maintain RAID logs and escalate as needed.
• Quality control: audit project docs and stage-gate evidence.
• Meeting facilitation: organize governance meetings and track actions.
• Event coordination: support customer and internal events.
