We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst with experience supporting Supply Chain, Support Office and Business Apps to help shape how major programmes are planned, governed, and delivered.

What you'll do:

  • Work with delivery and value stream leads to maintain robust project plans, reports, and governance standards
  • Support key programme and portfolio boards with accurate reporting and clear documentation
  • Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls across large-scale initiatives
  • Help ensure transparency and efficiency across multiple transformation workstreams
  • Partner with stakeholders to align timelines, priorities, and governance frameworks


What we're looking for:

  • Experience working in a PMO within a complex delivery environment
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain, Support Office and Business Apps within a PMO function
  • Confidence using portfolio management tools and planning frameworks
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Prince 2, PMP or any project management focused qualification
  • Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
