Overview

The PMO Analyst is responsible for supporting project, programme, and portfolio delivery by providing data analysis, reporting and process improvement support to the PMO. You will manage all central project information such as our Project Register, Milestones and Resource Model to ensure the following are accurate and up to date at all times:

Responsibilities
  • Single view of the portfolio of projects across the company (Project Register)
  • Portfolio level plan to provide a point of reference across the business
  • Resource management model for the portfolio to support senior decision making
  • Ensure that there is regular project status reporting across all projects, provide proactive challenge and assurance to interrogate status
  • Manage and build relationships across all related departments, providing guidance to support effective project governance
  • Support the successful rollout of an updated project lifecycle and methodology to ensure successful adoption across the business
Qualifications
  • Proven experience operating as a successful PMO Analyst in a mix of environments
  • Background in retail/hospitality or similar fast-paced customer focused organisation
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels and functions
  • An eye for detail and process improvement
  • Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of SharePoint including Lists
