Overview:
We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support the transformation of a high-impact non-financial risk portfolio. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring immediate contribution and collaboration across multiple workstreams, supporting the Chief Control Officer and wider program team through year-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality artefacts and reports for PSGs, Working Groups, and Executive Risk meetings.
Utilize Google Sheets and Google Slides to manage reporting, tracking, and documentation.
Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple project workstreams.
Identify overlaps, dependencies, and interconnections across projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather closure criteria and support project completion.
Assist in gathering examples and evidence to demonstrate successful process embedding.
Provide general support to the PM and wider team, contributing to overall program delivery.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a PMO role (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
Strong proficiency with the Google Suite, especially Google Sheets and Slides.
Demonstrated ability to track, manage, and follow up on actions across multiple workstreams.
Solid understanding of non-financial risk management concepts.
Experience preparing reports and artefacts for executive-level audiences.
Familiarity with risk transformation programs or initiatives.
Knowledge of risk frameworks such as COSO or similar.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and handle competing priorities.
Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders across risk and control functions.
A collaborative attitude and a drive to add value immediately in a complex transformation program.
Nice to Have:
Experience in change management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
